phwi Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phwi," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the phwi Casino platform available at phwi.asia and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" refers to the phwi Casino website, mobile site, and all related software, features, and services offered through phwi.asia.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the phwi Platform.
• "Account" means a registered phwi player account created in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Real Money Games" means any game offered on the phwi Platform that requires the use of real funds from a Player's Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other bonus value awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which phwi accounts operate.

By accessing the phwi Platform, registering an Account, or using any phwi service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with phwi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phwi. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the phwi Platform.

phwi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following posted changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the phwi Platform. This requirement is mandated under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phwi strictly enforces this requirement and will verify age through the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by or for a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds and winnings associated with the Account will be forfeited.

phwi Casino services are provided for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. Players accessing the phwi Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Each individual may register and maintain only one phwi Account. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same identity or with different information
• Allowing another person to use your Account or using another person's Account
• Creating an Account on behalf of another person
• Multiple accounts within the same household or shared device may be subject to review

Violation of the one-account rule will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across those accounts.

When registering a phwi Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phwi reserves the right to request documentation to verify registration information at any time.

Before phwi processes any withdrawal from your Account, you are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID) and a selfie holding the document. KYC completion is a one-time process per Account. phwi may request additional documentation at any time in compliance with regulatory obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwi Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party
• Log out of the phwi Platform after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Notify phwi's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account
• Take responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except where phwi is found to be directly at fault

phwi staff will never ask you for your full password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phwi support immediately.

phwi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are beyond phwi's control.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account tier. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher limits upon request and review.

Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phwi reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security reviews, compliance checks, or fraud investigations.

By depositing funds to your phwi Account, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. phwi reserves the right to request proof of payment source in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

An Account that has not recorded any login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phwi reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. Players are encouraged to log in regularly or withdraw balances before an Account becomes dormant.

phwi offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied
• phwi reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the phwi Platform
• phwi may void bonus claims and related winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation, or in bad faith

All games available on the phwi Platform operate under the following principles:

• All slot games and virtual table games use certified random number generators (RNG) which have been independently tested for randomness and fairness
• Live dealer games are operated by qualified professional dealers using real equipment under real-time conditions, with outcomes determined by genuine physical processes
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as disclosed by the game provider and available within each game's information panel
• Game malfunction or technical error voids all pays and plays — phwi will not be liable for game malfunctions attributable to player device or network issues
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, phwi's records shall be the definitive source of truth unless demonstrable technical evidence suggests otherwise

phwi does not manipulate game outcomes and has no capability to do so on certified third-party game software. The house edge embedded in each game is a function of mathematical game design by the game provider, not phwi.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwi Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account
• Using the phwi Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or exploit game software or Platform systems
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or execute transactions
• Colluding with other players or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using a payment method not belonging to you or that is fraudulently obtained
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing phwi staff or other players through any communication channel

All content on the phwi Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, text, images, game content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of phwi or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwi Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any phwi content without prior written authorisation from phwi.

Third-party game content made available through the phwi Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwi shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Any gambling losses you incur as a result of using the phwi Platform, regardless of cause
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Any interruption, suspension, or delay in the phwi service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phwi's reasonable control
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than participating in games

phwi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you into your phwi Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, exclusive of bonus funds.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phwi's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by phwi's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

phwi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phwi.asia/privacy-policy. By registering a phwi Account, you consent to phwi's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phwi implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions on the phwi Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

phwi may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations where permitted.

phwi is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phwi Account holders in Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods
• Session Time Limits: Time alerts and automatic session termination after defined play periods
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined period or permanently

phwi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity is detected or suspected
• KYC verification reveals that the Player does not meet eligibility requirements
• The Player has engaged in abuse of promotions or bonus schemes
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require Account restriction or closure
• A Player requests self-exclusion through responsible gaming tools

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, phwi reserves the right to forfeit any remaining real-money balance, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where termination is made at phwi's discretion without Player fault, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting phwi's customer support team through live chat or email.

phwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phwi will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform, an email to your registered address, or an in-account notification.

Your continued use of the phwi Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting phwi support.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is indicated in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this document. phwi recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the phwi Platform, or your Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phwi through its customer support team by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. phwi commits to acknowledging complaints within 3 business days and providing a substantive response within 15 business days of receiving full complaint details.

For matters falling under PAGCOR regulatory oversight, Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through official channels as established under Philippine gaming regulations.
